We provide cardiac rehabilitation and preventative programmes to patients recovering from or at risk of developing heart disease.

Welcome

We were founded in 2012 by expert clinicians to provide one-to-one programmes which meet individual needs and accommodate busy lifestyles.

Heart disease manifests itself in many ways. Cardiac rehabilitation is an essential part of recovery.

Who is it for?

People who have suffered heart attack (myocardial infarction) and those with angina, angioplasty, stents and coronary artery bypass surgery.

High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)

Untreated high blood pressure (hypertension) can put a person at risk of heart disease and stroke. Simple changes in lifestyle can lower blood pressure and even the need for medication.

Who is it for?

People with blood pressure above 140/90

Heart Failure

Patients who suffer from heart failure can benefit enormously from exercise and a change in lifestyle. This can improve heart function and have a dramatic, positive impact on a patient's confidence and daily life.

Who is it for?

People with heart failure, reduced cardiac function, oedema.

Exercise with Arrhythmia
